Our Mission

Embracing Unity through Diversity: The Simcoe Caribbean Association is dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where Caribbean cultural experiences enrich the lives of all residents in the Simcoe County region. Rooted in the principles of love and unity as inspired by biblical teachings, we strive to promote understanding, respect, and celebration of Caribbean heritage.

Our Programs

Our mission is to empower and educate through a variety of programs and initiatives: 

  • Afrocentric Saturday School, nurturing the next generation with knowledge of Caribbean history, culture, and values.
  • Youth Etiquette program to  help youth excel in both personal and professional experiences
  • We are celebrating diversity through events like our Annual Gala, showing the richness of Caribbean arts, music, and cuisine.


Our Impact

Through these efforts, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can experience and appreciate the Caribbean heritage, fostering a stronger community united in faith, culture, and service.

Afrocentric Saturday School

 The Saturday Afro-Centric School is dedicated to providing a rich cultural education for young people celebrating  and exploring the diverse heritage of the African diaspora, through interactive lessons on  history, literature, music and Art,
Students gain a deeper understanding of their roots and cultural identity.

Etiquette Program

 Our Etiquette program is designed for youth aged 13-21 equipping them with essential social skills to build confidence and navigate diverse environments.
This program covers etiquette fundamentals, including communication skills, dining protocols, and personal presentation, helping young people excel.
